みなさま、今年の夏は何回BBQしましたか？🍖

わたしは5回、BBQに参加する事ができました✨

香港では、自然と親しみできるBBQは香港人にもとても人気があるそうです！

先日、わたしが参加したBBQで初めての体験をしました！

よくある一般的なBBQとは違って、まずU型フォークを渡されそれに具材を刺しそのまま炭の上で持って焼いていくスタイル🔥

そして、なんと途中で蜂蜜を塗って独特の甘さを付け加えいただくBBQをしました。

これが香港BBQの最大の特徴らしいです🇭🇰✨

焼くまでに時間がかかるので、1番最初はすぐ食べれるウインナーではじまるのがあるあるだとか😂🥓

結局最後は、おなじみBBQスタイルに戻って楽しみました🪭✨

How many BBQs have you had this summer? 🍖

I was able to participate in 5 BBQs✨

In Hong Kong, BBQs that are natural and familiar are very popular with Hong Kong people!

The other day, I had my first experience at a BBQ I attended!

Unlike the usual BBQs, you are given a U-shaped fork and you put the ingredients on it and hold it over the charcoal to grill🔥

And we had a BBQ where we were given honey to add a unique sweetness.

This is apparently the biggest feature of Hong Kong BBQ🇭🇰✨

It takes a long time to grill, so it’s common to start with sausages that can be eaten immediately😂🥓

In the end, we went back to the familiar BBQ style and enjoyed it🪭✨
