さて今回はスーパーマーケット編です！香港に住み始めると、まず最初に気になるのが「日常の買い物、どこでするの？」ということ。

コンビニや街市（ウェットマーケット）も便利ですが、やはり安定して頼れるのはスーパーマーケットです🛒！

今回は、香港の代表的なスーパーを5つ紹介します！

 🟥ウェルカム（Wellcome）

香港最大手のスーパーのひとつ。街中のほとんどのエリアに店舗があり、赤と黄色のロゴが目印です。

✔︎取り扱い商品：食料品・日用品・お菓子・輸入食品

✔︎ 特徴：ローカル色が強く、セールも頻繁

✔︎ 価格帯：中くらい（プロモーション多め）

深夜営業の店舗も多く、仕事帰りにも便利です！！

🟦パークンショップ（PARKnSHOP）

ウェルカムと並ぶ2大スーパー。こちらは青系のロゴが目印で、清潔感のある陳列が特徴です。

✔︎ 取り扱い商品：日用品から高級志向の食材まで幅広い

✔︎ 特徴：「Fusion」「Taste」「International」など業態が複数あり、ターゲット層に応じて違いがある

✔︎ 価格帯：やや高め〜高級志向（店舗による）

オーガニックや輸入品に強く、外国人居住者にも人気です！！

🩷イオン（AEON）

日本人には嬉しい、日本発の総合スーパー！

日本食品や雑貨が豊富に揃います。

✔︎取り扱い商品：日本の食材、冷凍食品、日用品、文房具など

✔︎ 特徴：日本式の丁寧な接客と清潔感が魅力

✔︎ 価格帯：やや高め（輸入品中心）

お弁当・お惣菜コーナーが大充実！日本の味が恋しくなったら迷わずここへ行っちゃいます！！

🟥大生生活超市（大生／大生超市）

ローカル感満載の格安スーパー。

新界エリアを中心に展開しており、掘り出し物を探すのが楽しいお店。

✔︎ 取り扱い商品：冷凍食品、調味料・日用品など

✔︎ 特徴：まとめ買い向き、ディスカウント品が豊富

✔︎価格帯：非常に安い

ブランドにこだわらない人や、コスパ重視の人におすすめです！！

🌐 佳仕（gai si／がいし）

在住日本人の中でも知る人ぞ知る存在。「街市」や個人商店に近い雰囲気を持ちつつ、輸入品もちらほら並んでいます。

✔︎ 取り扱い商品：調味料・乾物・輸入食品・冷凍品

✔︎ 特徴：独自ルートで日本や韓国の珍しい品も

✔︎ 価格帯：中程度（店舗によってはかなり安い）

場所によって当たり外れあり！でも、掘り出し物を見つける楽しさがあります！！！

そして、香港のスーパー活用術というと

✔︎アプリや会員カードを使うと割引が受けられることが多い

✔︎香港ではエコバッグ必須（袋は有料）

✔︎ 中国語や英語表示が中心ですが、写真やパッケージでなんとなく分かる！

5 supermarkets you should know about while living in Hong Kong 🥬🥖🍏

Convenience stores and wet markets are convenient, but supermarkets are still the most reliable🛒!

This time, we’ll introduce 5 representative supermarkets in Hong Kong!

🟥Wellcome

One of the largest supermarkets in Hong Kong. They have stores in most areas of the city, and their red and yellow logo is a landmark.

＊ Products: Groceries, daily necessities, sweets, imported foods

＊ Features: Strong local flavor, frequent sales

＊ Price range: Medium (lots of promotions)

Many stores are open late at night, so it’s convenient for after work! !

🟦PARKnSHOP

The second largest supermarket alongside Welcome. This one is marked by a blue logo and features a clean display.

＊ Products: A wide range of products from daily necessities to high-end ingredients.

＊ Features: There are multiple business formats such as “Fusion”, “Taste”, and “International”, and they differ depending on the target demographic.

＊ Price range: Slightly high to high-end (depending on the store)

Strong in organic and imported products, popular with foreign residents!!

🩷AEON

A Japanese general supermarket that Japanese people will be happy to know about!

A wide selection of Japanese food and miscellaneous goods.

＊Products: Japanese ingredients, frozen foods, daily necessities, stationery, etc.

＊ Features: Attractive Japanese-style polite customer service and cleanliness

＊ Price range: Slightly high (mainly imported products)

A large selection of bento and side dishes! If you miss the taste of Japan, don’t hesitate to go here!!

🟥Da Sheng Living Supermarket (Da Sheng/Da Sheng Supermarket)

A bargain supermarket with a local feel.

Mainly located in the New Territories area, it’s a fun place to look for bargains.

＊Products: Frozen foods, seasonings, daily necessities, etc.

＊ Features: Great for bulk buying, lots of discounted items

＊ Price range: Very cheap

Recommended for people who don’t care about brands and who value value for money!! !

🌐 Gai Si

A little-known presence among Japanese residents. It has an atmosphere similar to a “street market” or a private shop, but there are also imported goods lined up here and there.

＊ Products: Seasonings, dried goods, imported foods, frozen goods

＊ Features: Rare items from Japan and Korea through unique routes

＊ Price range: Medium (very cheap depending on the store)
