レセプションのmakoです。

先日友人に九龍公園にフラミンゴいるんだよ〜と教えてもらい、早速行ってきました🚶‍♀️尖沙咀駅から徒歩すぐのところに九龍公園はあります。

フラミンゴ見るためにやってきましたが、他の鳥類も数多くいて…！

日本では見かけることのなさそうなカラフルな鳥をみて、香港にいるんだな〜と実感しました🥲

Even though I went to Kowloon park to see flamingoes, there are some the other birds! Seeing them that has a colorful wing I feel like I’m in HK finally ….

鳥類の他にもいろいろ動物がいて可愛かったです🐢🐟🐈

The another animals were also so cute💖

お目当てのフラミンゴ！！！！！

AT LAST!!!! FLAMINGOES I REARY WANTED TO SEE!!!!!!

思ったより赤くなくて肩透かされた気がします！！！！笑

it was not so much red than I thought lol

調べてみると、フラミンゴが赤いのは餌の藻類がもつ赤い色素の影響らしく、赤い色素の入った餌を与えないと元の色の灰色っぽい毛並みに戻っていくそうです。

元の毛色に戻ると繁殖期にペアを見つけられなくなるそうで…

彼らの将来が心配ではありますが、特殊な環境なので大丈夫なんですかね🤔

Flamingoes have red wing because of their food which includes red pigment 

. If they could not be fed for a long time, it would be back to original wing color. (flamingo’s wing is originally gray color  If it comes to, they can not find a pair…)

I was worried about their future, but perhaps it will be okay because they’re in special environment now…?
