湿気が強くなってきて香港らしい天気が続いてますね、、、😏

さて先日お店のみんなでWing Lai Yuenという四川料理屋さんに行ってきました🍚✨

別名”担々麺のお店”とみんなで呼んでいます（笑）！

このお店は四川料理で10年以上ミシュランガイドにも選ばれているお店で担々麺が有名です！！

よくある辛い担々麺とは違って、辛さが有りか無しで選べてかなりまろやかな濃厚なスープの担々麺でとっても美味しいです🍜

他にも四川料理や小籠包などメニューも多種あり大人数で行くと色々なおかずを楽しめてよいです‼️

途中で炒飯を頼んで、担々麺のスープと合わせたときは至高の味でした！！！

お店の店員さんもとてもフレンドリーでとても楽しいお食事をできる場所です🥂✨

The humidity is getting stronger and the weather is going to be like Hong Kong…😏

Well, the other day, everyone at the shop went to a Sichuan restaurant called Wing Lai Yuen🍚✨

Everyone calls it “Dandanmen Shop” (laughs)!

This restaurant has been selected for the Michelin Guide for more than 10 years in Sichuan cuisine, and it is famous for its dandan noodles!!

Unlike the common spicy dandan noodles, you can choose whether it is spicy or not, and it is very delicious with dandan noodles with a rather mellow and rich soup🍜

In addition, there are a variety of menus such as Sichuan cuisine and Xiaolongbao, and if you go with a large number of people, you can enjoy various side dishes!!️

When I ordered fried rice on the way and combined it with the soup of dangdan noodles, it tasted supreme!!!

The shop staff is also very friendly and it is a place where you can have a very fun meal🥂✨
